Poor packaging an Shipping

Once I received the weather stripping the larger portion had the adhesive protection removed and the only way I could put the weather stripping on was with silicone. When I called to order a new set of keys I told the rep and he could care less. He made no attempt to rectify the situation other than stating that he would pass the info on

Not sticky

When I opened the package the backs of the seals had already fell off. The gaskets were not sticky at all it�s like they were really old or something. I used some weather stripping glue and some clamps to put them on. I figured what a hassle it would be to try and exchange them
