It has been terrible clear across the board. I ordered the lock and I patiently waited thinking it's coming from Illinois so I should have it in a couple days. I reached out just inquiring to when it's going to ship. After 6 days. To which I did not receive a response to. Ultimately I finally got a reply after having to call the customer service number. To which I feel I was given a series of BS sort of excuses. Which one point they said look it's been updated which turned into them finally printing the label for the shipment not that it was packed or shipped but it went from being a order to just a sticker. And then sat unattended for another two plus weeks. And I was given the tracking number the day it was printed but of course what good is a tracking number if you're not going to ship the item. And the only reply that I basically got back to that was that they are short staffed which forgive me is not my problem. I work in a hospital plenty of short stuff there but work still has to get done. She also alluded to in my conversation with her that due to the orders amount which was one lock for 12 bucks. It wasn't a high priority where if I purchase something more expensive yes they would have gotten on it which is very frustrating in and of itself. Had I not needed this lock specifically I would never do business with you guys after this point and if I ever have to do business with you guys again to update a lock on the tool chest it will be not by choice it'll be because you make the lock or you sell it not because I find your company acceptable

Works Great but these are flat black

Item is as described but these are flat black not chrome. Came with 2 keys per lock.

The key is marching the description, but is not working.

Tubular Lock and Key Set Keyed 1205

I purchased Tubular Lock and Key Set Keyed 1205 because I already had a 1205 installed on one of my boxes. I was sent Tubular Lock and Key Set Keyed 1201. I tried contacting customer service via phone. I left a voicemail and did not hear back. The following Monday I called back and was told that they tried calling on Friday which I never received a phone call. I was told that the 1205's where out of stock which is why they sent the 1201's. A different customer service agent sent a replacement order with 2 more keys but 1204's. With an email saying hope this helps. Why would this be done without confirmation from the customer. Now to get a third lock to match they want me to purchase a third lock set. I am weary of this because they will probably send a different set. Also, it is very inconvenient that it wouldn't just say it is out of stock in the first place, and why would you ship the first set without contact to the customer to verify. I would be fine with waiting until it was back in stock, but now I have to deal with all of this unnecessary hoopla.

No lock nuts

Would be nice if locking nuts came with them had hard time getting, especially they are fine thread
